The distance between Berlin and Warsaw is 570 km or 360 miles. It's not much of a brag in the first place.
I would suspect no one is actually this tone deaf, in which case this is a funny joke. Then again, I did recently speak with a zoomer who wasn't familiar with what 9/11 referred to, if they are representative of their generation the idea of a tank to warsaw from berlin might not bring about imagery of Nazi occupations of Poland.
