He is or was a major, and i think it was in the national guard. However he did also say on his fox show that he hadn't washed his hands in 10 years because germs aren't real since he can't see them.

Pro tip for anyone reading this: Never open a QR code you don't know. It's the same as clicking a link and malicious actors DO use them for nefarious purposes ALL THE TIME.
Now this specific QR code might be harmless. I don't know, I'm not opening it because it's suspicious as enough already.
