I'll just leave this reference on copper nanotubes right here.

Idk it seems like an apt description of a.i. and how it literally has spread into every tech.

There was an empty box of these in my childhood home until my parents moved in the mid-00s.

Aydes

They dulled your taste buds so food would be less tempting. They got fairly popular in the 70s after the US decided that maybe putting amphetamines in OTC diet pills wasn't a great idea, and people were looking for other magic weightloss products.

South park had an episode about a guy who advocated to give people aides to help them with getting fit and organize their life. Except it sounded like the dude went around saying he wants to give aids to children

That guy was Jared, the Subway spokesperson. That episode aged poorly, or really presciently, depending on your perspective.

Lots of misunderstandings possible with this selection of acronyms https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CSAM

This is even better than the project I managed to name UTI before my manager noticed.

Don't tell people you're going to ISIS while on a flight.

I recently saw the THE as an abbreviation. Yes, THE. Terrible to read but made for funny sentences.

My mom used to work for a company whose acronym was ASS. Also her boss was cheap and didn’t want to pay for a sign that had the full name.

Yeap.

As an outsider to the scientific community, I wanted to know more about whatever the heck Parafilm is. I’ve definitely been educated 😆

Correction, he should absolutely call it that.
