the suicide rates for some comorbidities do have an additive effect though. the debuffs stack.
And many are on a spectrum. Its more complex than just stacking or independent of each other. Some may be linked traits that we dont understand yet.

Yeah, right? I have a diagnoses both mental and physical that qualify me as "disabled," but I haven't seen a box I get to tick anywhere yet that says "super disabled"
If you get a super disabled parking tag, you can push away cars with disabled tags from disabled parking lots and use it yourself

Seeing what shit's like in the rural south, I'm not so sure that good guys that don't want to play power games is what actually sells-politically--in rural areas.
