on iOS, all of them are because Apple is greedy, but Firefox has its own engine on Android and supports extensions

sorry to say but sketchy browsers are probably using chromium, if for no other reason than most browsers in general are using chromium

That is true, but some Indian person might not implement spyware, like Google probably does into Chrome (not Chromium, Chrome)
