If there is one moron at work, you have a moronic coworker.

If everyone at work is a moron, you are the moronic coworker.

Or you sleep with a bunch of managers

I mean, it would be somewhat on-brand for her

Well when it comes to personal trainers this works

If it smells like shit near someone, avoid them.

If it smells like shit near anyone, check the bottom of your shoe.

Did she encounter a mirror?

[–] ElBarto@sh.itjust.works 17 points 6 months ago

Lol she'd never pass the mirror test.

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 4 points 6 months ago

.... and an echo

[–] Anticorp@lemmy.ml 1 points 6 months ago

She entered that room at the end of Enter the Dragon.

For the outliers who may not be familiar with the term Dunning–Kruger effect, here it is in the real world.

[–] douglasg14b@lemmy.world 28 points 6 months ago

It also creates a really weird paradox where the folks suffering from this effect do not believe they are suffering from this effect and instead believe that everyone else is.

It's a lose-lose situation for everyone involved. There is no winning play, since any play means being drug down by stupidity.

Remember kids! When you feel surrounded by idiots, it usually means you are the idiot.

[–] ThatFembyWho@lemmy.blahaj.zone 9 points 6 months ago

Either that or you're traveling through rural America

[–] RobotToaster@mander.xyz 25 points 6 months ago (1 children)

To be fair she does work in congress

[–] Anticorp@lemmy.ml 12 points 6 months ago

"Imagine you're an idiot. Now imagine you're in Congress. But I repeat myself."

All those people she works with think the same thing about her.

I'm tired of all the blond, red jacketed, play-doh faced morons I have to work with here in Washington!

In that video clip she’s not actually wrong. And I feel dirty just typing those words out. Americans are going broke because of the idiots in Washington DC.

However, maybe she shouldn’t be throwing stones inside her glass house. She’s easily in the top 5 of the most moronic people in DC.

[–] Chakravanti@sh.itjust.works 4 points 6 months ago

You say idiots like they don't know what they're doing. They do. They are paid corporate liars, decievers, malicious abusive sociopathic ETOW oil cock sucking actors. Do not for one second pretend that Biden is anything but exactly the same.

[–] TWeaK@lemm.ee 8 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Wait I genuinely thought Newsweek was satire

[–] Neato@kbin.social 6 points 6 months ago

Oh boy if only.

[–] TheAuthor_13@lemm.ee 7 points 6 months ago (1 children)

It’s like the Queen looking down upon her subjects with disgust.

Let them eat gespacho (police)

[–] Lophostemon@aussie.zone 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Nah I think Queen Elizabeth was not a complete out of touch monster. Can’t say the same for most other parts of The Firm.

[–] TheAuthor_13@lemm.ee 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Not disagreeing; my statement was about MTG being the Queen of the Schmucks, not comparing her to Liz or any current monarchs

[–] the_q@lemmy.world 7 points 6 months ago

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Oh man... Thanks, Marj. I need that.

[–] NataliePortland@lemmy.ca 6 points 6 months ago

[–] LowtierComputer@lemmy.world 2 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Oh weird. I wonder what caused that.

[–] PeckerBrown@lemmy.world 4 points 6 months ago

I think it's turned out to be not true, but shit sticks.

[–] morriscox@lemmy.world 4 points 6 months ago

She sounds like a snowflake.

[–] Lophostemon@aussie.zone 3 points 6 months ago

Has she looked in the mirror lately? Like, irrelevant of physical appearance, I just mean she needs to point to herself in the mirror and start screeching at THAT fucking idiot she sees.
