F1 wants US $s for their stock
F1 wants US eyes on their races
F1 wants 3 US races
F1 doesn't want a 2nd US team
Tbh I don't count Haas as a US team. They are based in Europe and besides being "Haas" they don't have anything American.
All their admin side of things are based in Charlotte in the US.
Yeah, but none of their sporting side are based in the States.
It's ludicrous.
The teams don't want to share the price pool
Great sportsmanship demonstrated by the teams!
They even patented branding for a Chicago GP, so maybe 4 US races in the near futureβ¦
It's Europe's nobility's sense of cultural superiority at its peak. Toto Wolff's comments on the matter sealed it shut, as far as I'm concerned. I have to wonder; if a European team wanted to come in as the eleventh outfit on the grid, would their application have been approved?
Bullshit lol, it's dollars and cents pure and simple. No team is joining, american or otherwise.
Maybe I'm wrong. It's just a discussion starter.
