For me its probably Gaming - I've been trying to master civ 6 and Dots 2 lately and I also enjoy reading - Been trying to read the Singularity is near, but this book is just very academic and its taking a while lol

Okay so flying kites is a very good time. Two line sport kites can be reasonably cheap and easy to learn. You can transition into larger power kites that are a total blast and quite a workout to control. I've never done it but you can move up to kiteboarding or similar sports as well.

I used to live somewhere that would get a lot of super strong wind and had giant perfectly flat fields. We would sometimes grab gigantic trick(?) kites with two wires for like doing loops and stuff, stand on some cardboard, and have it drag us across the fields
