I'm from "you guys" but I've lived in "y'all" and now I'm forever team "y'all," regardless of where I'm living.

It's the best export from the south, except maybe Texas brisket and pecan pie.

PEOPLE FALLING FOR THIS SHIT AGAIN IS INSANE

  • Me, everyday, reading any news lately.

Yes, this is exactly how I would define it.

I also don't think it imparts a general pro/anti integration with locals (not to say some assholes aren't out there).

If I was thinking of immigrating elsewhere, I'd want to be near a few other people from my country who've been there longer than me, if only to make the transition easier and to get help with any issues specific to people from the same place.

Every time I see a question in a news headline, I just answer it with "no." in my head and move on. 90% of the time it's the same answer the article arrives at and the other 10% of the time, I'll see a real headline about it from other sources anyway--with the actual lede in the title.

What if I told you it was also about manipulating voter opinions.

Like how the superdelegates were all pledging their votes to Hillary way ahead of the first primaries. Or how the DNC pushed Hillary over Bernie, as was clear in the Debbie W.S. leaked DNC emails. Also, the widespread pressure from party darlings on Bernie to drop out.

Messaging from the media was to blame as well. This was reflected in:

  • Lack of coverage of the polling that showed the better margin of success in a Bernie v. Trump matchup against a Hillary v. Trump matchup. This one is especially egregious, in my opinion, since a lot of the Hillary supporters I personally knew voted for her in the primaries because they assumed she had a better chance of winning.

  • Lack of coverage about Bernie's higher popularity with independent voters in polls.

  • Widespread reporting when Hillary decided to label Bernie supporters as basement dwellers.

  • Hillary accused Bernie of being sexist and the media did terrible due diligence.

Sucks that breast augmentation will be banned for girls under 18. And I assume likewise for guys regarding treatment for gynecomastia.

The party of rAtIOnAliTY aNd lOgiC would know that those are also gender affirming, right?

You'll let us know if they're hiring, right? Right!?

Yep. From a systems analyst perspective, if there's a problem with a couple people, it's because they're idiots. If a lot of people are having a problem, it's a systems issue. In this case, the DNC and their shit messaging.

It's like they hired an intern to do their marketing. They had a few funny clap backs on socials but they didn't actually pivot to appeal to their target demographics. Fucking marketing 101.

Everyone needs to take their anger straight to their local DNC office. Get involved and stop letting the centrist status-quo motherfuckers steer the party from the local levels. I'm also a member of my nearest DSA group but, until there's a viable option for third parties to complete in general elections, we need to hold our noses and trojan horse the Democrats to change them from within.

Stumbled on this while researching tablet PCs and clicking on a Reddit "post" from Google results. I take no pride in any part of that sentence.
