So, he's condemning Ukrainians to continue dying for no reason. I didn't expect them to take the "to the last Ukrainian"-position this literally.
I think this partly has to do with the fact that, historically, material conditions and the availability of consumer goods in the west have been generally better than those of countries where socialist revolutions have taken place (for obvious reasons and through no fault of socialism, "thanks" to imperialist and colonialist exploitation). People lacking class consciousness thus do not immediately see why socialist ideals or even revolution are worth immediate struggle. The rise of China and decline of the West might soon change this dynamic.
Lmao, where does Saddam fit in to this? As I said before, you should probably study slightly more about the subjects in which you pretend to be an expert -- the Berlin wall wasn't even built until 11-12 years into the GDR's existence. And I'll leave it up to you to try and figure out why it was.
The fact you claim East Germany started out as a "police state" tells me you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Undoing decades of Western liberal bias and propaganda is pretty difficult, but if you're actually interested in history, there's plenty of literature available.
Is this a joke or do you actually believe this? Any modicum of research would've shown you East Germany was the only part of Germany where former nazi's actually faced punishment rather than promotions.
You're asking a genuine question, I'm providing you with an elaborate answer, and yes, it does answer the question. I could have also summarized the situation and said: "yes, China is still building socialism guided by Marxist-Leninist principles, using state capitalism as a tool with which to boost their productive forces in order to eventually reach 'real' socialism", but then all you'd have is my word without any explanation or substance. The fact that you deem it "too long" isn't my problem :)
You do you, but I don't think the two are even remotely comparable. I'd much rather live in a country run by marxist principles than one serving capital interests. The rise of China and simultaneous decline of US hegemony is one of the main sources of hope for a better future for humanity in these times, imo.
Haha, not sure. Parents made me join touch typing classes when I was 7 or 8 and since then there's rarely been a day where I haven't spent multiple hours behind a keyboard/pc. Azerty layout FWIW
Do you really believe the UN is a neutral organization? The US and few Western countries, with less than 10% of the world population, take up over 80% of OHCHR posts. Also, wasn't the UN an active participant in the Korean War on the side of empire not so very long ago?
