Not many of you left these days it feels, any debate I always see openSUSE is missing, I don't use it myself atm, but it was my rock in the past. Either openSUSE community is not vocal or it's just very tiny on lemmy.

Even brands like gucci and their line up, their entry level will have bigger brand logos, because they know people who buy entry level gucci are people who want to show the world they have gucci. Real rich people will buy something more cleaner looking.

Very well done piece. A lot of people have said things about the problem. What caught my eye she's latina running an English channel, so I appreciate not trying to pronounce Latin names the English way, but sticking to the correct pronunciations.

Anyway I feel the outrage, but I'm not in americas, so I don't know what I can do other than share it with my friends in americas.

That sounds like south Asian mentality, I mean I'm not saying it's because of south Asians, but just that it's a very similar thought process, most observable when it comes to buying new houses, people in India/pakistan where people won't mind paying large sums of money upfront for fancy condominiums, but will not pay high maintenance fees to keep the fancy facilities going.
