Many people are not informed for how this stuff works. They see an open world racing game they can play with friends and don't understand what's needed to make that happen.

Doesn't this hugely depend on the power generation in your area?
Aren't there games where the physical disc doesn't have the entire game on it or won't even run without a patch? Wouldn't that effectively be the same thing if they decide to stop providing the patch?
Hopefully it was escalated it up to Haier global or whatever. Brand reputatio issues n in eu can be damaging to their US counterparts
