I've got two fixes that have helped me. The first is that I now have a bright folio case making it easier to spot. Black cases in the evening made it impossible. The second was Google home's "find my phone". From any room in my house, I tell it to find my phone and it'll call. Huge lifesaver.

All for any Rory Blank comics. Admittedly, I've been snatching up any monthly T-shirt he sells.
Only issue is that I have a team of developers and none of them are extremely proficient in it. It's not really a language we use often.
That's actually reassuring to hear. Aside from Chilli, it's the only program I've ever used (12 years going). I've got teamates pushing for changes but jira comes at a high cost. Redmine may look old and I hate that it's written on ruby, but it's free and with some plugins it's been able to suite our needs well.

Worked great for a week, then the following week I had nothing organized and couldn't remember where the bottle was left.
