There are a bunch of factors that they need to control for, which they seem to acknowledge as an area for future study.

My first thought was similar to yours, but had more to do with the amount of people in the room of the exam rather than during the term.

you ok there bud?

This might fit in mediaeval times, with the earliest possible recorded use in the 13th century, but it's certainly not well-known until the early modern period and most famous right on the border between early and late modern.

I'm not sure about trial by combat. White collar criminals can just pay for a champion to represent them, and if they had to represent themselves they could certainly afford to switch up their schedules a bit so as to be well-trained in combat.

Nah you're spot on there. Trebuchets are absolutely mediaeval.

Presidents have immunity? Cool. Biden, time to order a hit on Trump.

Half of them are yank tanks. That checks out. The kind of arsehole who'd buy those cars is the same kind of arsehole that would drive drunk.

[–] Zagorath@aussie.zone 1 points 1 day ago

Oh yeah, maybe. I don't really know how you'd measure that.

It was explicitly created to be "TikTok, but on YouTube". What would you expect?

Jamie being a unisex name, I dunno if "she's amazing" is the typo or "he is a guest" is.

cheering for a dude hooking up with his aunt.

Which dude, exactly?

Only one example immediately springs to mind, but that hasn't happened yet in the books. And the way it happened in the show, I'm not sure was executed very well, but I don't think it was really portrayed as a case where we "cheer for a dude". He barely seemed into it, definitely not as much as she was.

Text rearranges so its kerning appears slightly off when scrolling past the bottom of the page.

I find it more noticeable looking at the video than in this gif, but it's still not a big deal.

Elliot Page has announced that he is transgender ❤

A picture of elliot page in a hat reading "Stop Alton Gas", next to a few paragraphs of text too small & blurry to read

A series of Tweets with usernames covered up, each replying to the last.

Um... is this an error? They put up a picture of Ellen Page. Typo maybe?

Not a typo, he's Elliot Page

I'm not sure I understand. Please explain?

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're well intentioned lol. His name used to be Ellen Page but he has come out as a trans gender man, so now his name is Elliot Page. They're the same person

OH! Oh okay - I'm new to this. I didn't understand what was happening. Thank you for explaining. I thought it was some new meme that I missed out on.

In that case, I'm going to join everyone else and say that I am very happy for Elliot Page. I've always been a huge fan of his.

Video concentrates on particular roads in Victoria, and points out Victorian road rules, but the vast majority of this content is applicable around the whole country.

No obligation to ride in the bike lane in Queensland at least. Don't know about other states.

You have scrolled so much that all the cringe memes have ended .

And here are some happy sumos in a sunflower field instead

The first episode was with UK-based Danish comedian Sandi Toksvig. Other noteworthy guests include Tanya Plibersek, Hillary Clinton, and Theresa May.
