I always thought panache was more of something you could add to yourself like a fancy coat.

Like a feather boa would give someone panache but maybe charisma would be the ability to attract with a smile. I know nothing, just guessing.

A trumpet properly played cuts directly to that bittersweet, blue part of my soul.

RE4 was my first dive into the series a million years ago and I can't wait to do this in VR. Picked up a bunch of PSVR2 titles when it first dropped but that has trickled out and I'm excited to have another quality game.

Mine is working now but I'm with ya, it's absolute garbage that Sony hasn't said anything. I have tons of content connected to my account that has been going strong for over a decade. I get the inherent risks that come with buying digital content but this crazy.

Really great video on the bikes!

Tried to log in and my account is permanently suspended. I don't do anything close to breaking terms of service and have no clue why this is happening. Found this article and apparently it's not just me. Fingers crossed we get a solution quickly.

I am super sick right now and haven't eaten much in a few days. It's getting to the point where I am gonna need to force myself to eat something to keep my strength up but everything just sounds terrible to me right now. I have been subsisting mostly on small glasses of milk and the occasional packet of instant oatmeal.

Any suggestions on things to eat that go down easy and has nutritional value? Flavor is pretty far down on my list of requirements right now and I'm finding myself exhausted after chewing a few bites. Any serious suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I got to drive on part of the Las Vegas circuit this weekend. It was craaaaazy smooth! And way more narrow than I was expecting.

Survivor: Castaway Island Makes The Leap From TV Show To Switch Game This October by Jim Norman

The ratings for Survivor today might not be anything like what they were back in the early 2000s, but that hasn't stopped publisher Microids from getting in on Survivor: Castaway Island — a game based on the once-popular TV show that will be coming to Switch on 3rd October.

Developed by Magic Pockets, Castaway Survivor takes on the same format as the show. You will play as one of 12 contestants, competing in a series of wilderness challenges and befriending campmates to maintain popularity and avoid being voted off. We haven't seen all that much of the game itself so far, but we're imagining that it will consist of a series of minigame-style challenges interjected by some text-based social drama.

While there is not much to see, Microids has shared the following information and limited screenshots about what we can expect from Survivor: Castaway Island:

In Survivor: Castaway Island, be prepared to experience the ultimate test of survival! As you navigate the treacherous landscape, you'll need to rely on your survival instinct and strategy to remain in the competition. Every decision you make will be crucial to your fate. Are you cunning, strategic, and ruthless enough to outwit, outplay and outlast your opponents?

During your adventure, look for resources and form alliances with other castaways to survive, but remember that trust is hard to come by in the game of Survivor. Choose your allies wisely and watch your back for betrayals. In team or individual challenges, push yourself to the limit to avoid being voted off the island.

One wrong move, and the adventure ends. Your survival is at stake, and only the strongest will make it to the end. Do you have what it takes to be the last one standing and become the sole Survivor?

We understand that more information about the game is to come soon, so keep an eye out over the coming months before its release later this year.

Come celebrate getting those dishes clean! Show us those shiny glasses and polished silverware. We're all so proud.

Bad news for Andretti as Stefano Domenicali stands firm on 11th team debate

BY MICHELLE FOSTER JULY 17, 2023, 7:30AM

Back in February the FIA opened the application process for an 11th team, potentially even a 12th, to the join the Formula 1 grid with motorsport’s governing body saying at the time they hoped to make a decision by the end of June.

That, though, has not been forthcoming while several of the existing teams have spoken out against the inclusion of an 11th team.

The team bosses are not only worried about having to share the prize money, F1 regulations stating it would need to be split between all the teams on the grid not just the top-10 as it has been in the past, but also that an 11th team would dilute the value of the sport. Domenicali agrees with them that an additional team is not necessary for the success of Formula 1. “I think to be honest, if the real value that it is bringing to the sport is important and is real and stable for the future, there is also another consideration that you have to take. If the contest is growing — which is what we can see today — I think 10 teams are more than enough to create the show or the business and the attention that we want to see on the track,” he told the Beyond the Grid podcast earlier this year. Six months later the F1 chief says he still stands by that sentiment.

“I’m not changing my mind,” he told Motorsport.com. “It’s not the money, as we have said, and I don’t want to anticipate anything because there is a process and I think that I have respect for the fact the FIA launched their process, and very soon we will arrive at the conclusion.

“As we always said, we need to make sure that the decision is right for the business. And this is what I think is the duty of the FIA and us together, that has to be taken. So that is another decision that will be taken in the next couple of months.”

Asked specifically about Andretti, with Michael Andretti having recently backtracked on his greed comments, Domenicali replied: “There are positives and negatives, that’s part of the evaluation that we’re doing. So I cannot spoil or anticipate anything.

“We are doing things very seriously and correctly. So as soon as we will be ready for that discussion we’re going to inform, as a discussion we’re going to take it with the FIA together.”

Andretti is one of five hopefuls that have applied for a spot on the grid along with Carlin, Hitech, Formula Equal and LKY SUNZ.

But while Domenicali says it’s not about the money, Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff accepts that in part it actually is.

“There is no mature sports league in the world, whether it’s a national football championship, the Champions League, the NBA, the NFL, the NHL, where such a situation is possible by simply setting up a team and joining – thank you very much, drinking out of the prize fund,” he told the media including PlanetF1.com.

“You have to qualify, you have to go through the ranks, showcase commitment to the championship, that we’ve done over the many years.

“If it’s creative, and what we’ve seen so far hasn’t convinced the teams, but we haven’t seen the applications and submissions that were made to the FIA and to Stefano and they will judge whether that is positive for Formula 1 or not.”****

The last two days my friend and I have been trying to finish off our Lilith altars to be ready for season 1 and I think everyone is doing the same. Every time I roll up to an altar at least one person but usually two or three people come charging in on their horse. It's fun to be here at the start of this game's journey and seeing everybody getting ready! I think I'm gonna try Druid when the season starts 🐻

I'm digging the lore and thought about diving deeper. Anyone tried reading the books? Are they any good?

Thought I recognized that craggy voice from Game of Thrones but had to look it up. He's got a lot of texture and inflection which makes up for how slow some of the dialogue is delivered.
