This is what I came to say. Good management will make people stay for a long time with less pay.
But obviously HR doesn't get that lmao.

Same with my GF. Can't really argue with the results.
This is why I don't support overreach in regulation.
Put a tax on it or something, but a full ban seems excessive. Now that most people understand that LEDs are superior, they are cheaper, and there are more options, most people will make the switch.
Yeah I don't really want to hear Chris Pratt every time I play a Mario game from now on.
