The plastic loop on my old viper remote broke, so I popped it open to get some dimensions and got to work in fusion 360. This is rev2 printed in glow ABS.

Glad it's not just me. I can't even log in on liftoff anymore for some reason, just sits there loading forever. Tried clearing cache and data and reinstalling to no avail.

I've settled on liftoff until boost is released. Seems to be the best combination of functioning features and nice UI IMO.

Yup, I have a bunch of lemmy apps on my phone, but lately I have found myself using Liftoff the most, and Jerboa is probably second in my opinion.

We recently adopted a 9 week old kitten. We took her to the vet who confirmed she is dewormed, and that she is due for more shots 4 weeks from the date of her last shots.

We also have a 7 y/o cat who is up to date on shots as of a few weeks ago.

We have the kitten staying in her own spare bathroom for the time being, but we would like to start the slow introduction process as soon as safely possible.

Would we be putting the older cat at any risk if we were to **not wait until getting the kitten the rest of her shots?

Hoping there's something vet professionals here who could offer some advice. Cheers!

I recently bought a thinkpad T470 for a good deal, and it turns out that it was a good deal because the BIOS is locked with an admin password so I can't install an OS, or change any BIOS settings.

I also recently came across a paper that describes a "security flaw" in most thinkpads where you can bypass, then reset the admin password by shorting the SDA and SCL pins on the BIOS chip.

Does anyone know where this chip is located on the MOBO? I would be hugely appreciative if you would be so kind as to point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

Same here. I subscribed to release notifications over on github too.

Yeah I almost forgot about that. I've also noticed lately that whenever you post a comment it appears twice as if you double posted, but in reality there's only one comment.

Thanks! She is 9 weeks.

I watch all kinds of radiation/nuclear related documentaries on YouTube and stuff and it's always ao crazy to think that these people were putting this stuff into their bodies thinking it waa good for them. Now that we know just how BAD it really is, never ceases to make me cringe.

It's also crazy to think about the fact that there are Chinese companies selling products packed with thorium and other radioactive materials in them as "Wellness" products on Amazon.

I've tried just about all of the current apps that are available for lemmy over the last two days and so far liftoff feels the most like a usable app to me. To ve fair, I know that a lot of rhe apps I tried are still in alpha or beta, so I'm not trying to talk bad about them, I get it. Liftoff is pretty good though.
