yeah "growth opportunities" just mean it will be microtransaction hell and we should detach from it and expect it to be shit from now on and find a new game franchise to enjoy.
Didn’t like 3, not optimistic.
I loved 3 and I'm also not optimistic.
I liked 3s gameplay so I’m cautiously optimistic for gameplay
I didn’t like the story, it had its moments, but the cons of the story outweigh the pros of the gameplay looking at the big picture
I liked the game unti it started making me do fetch quests to level up enough to continue to storyline
I played it on mute and it didn't really help
I think this is code for “we’re going to make sure the game sucks to own even if it’s good”

Ew, ew ew ew! From Embracer to Take Two? That's a step back! Just put the studio out of its misery at this point!
2K, a subsidiary of Take-Two, published all the other borderlands. Based on that history, it'll probably be fine.
But based on "growth opportunities," it'll probably run the game.

Borderlands 3 was so bad that it didn't run on my PS4. It's so badly optimized that it would crash every 30 seconds. I installed and played it for 15 minutes and had about 4 crashes. Reinstalled and tried again, same shit. It is literally unplayable. Is it a good game? I have no idea, it wouldn't let me get far
