This is one of those posts I want to downvote just because I'm angry I saw it.

[–] LillianVS@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I wouldn't judge you for doing so

[–] latca@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Mold spores live it though!

[–] GillBates@feddit.de 2 points 1 year ago

This is good because you can pee on the floor and you don’t have to clean it up right???

[–] iraldir@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Wrong community, there is nothing mild about this

[–] teflocarbon@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

"I want my day mildly ruined, not completely ruined." Well.. we didn't really live up to this one here.

Is this in the UK? It is, isn’t it.

[–] cereal_assassin@lemmy.one 1 points 1 year ago

Unfortunately it is just as common in older houses, here in the states too.

[–] Jabroni@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

The carpet is brown for a reason.

[–] SallyTAB@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I just audibly gasped. This seems like a sensory nightmare getting out of the shower, or during periods of high humidity.

[–] 777@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 year ago

What a terrible day to have the ability to imagine that in vivid detail. What a cursed image, well done OP.

[–] LittleKerr@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Not infuriating, that's straight up disgusting. Why would anyone do that???

[–] zarquon@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 year ago

That linked reddit thread is accusing the poster of being a karma bot. Does lemmy already have those?

[–] yamapikariya@lemmyfi.com 1 points 1 year ago

That is dangerous.

[–] kalahlora@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 year ago

I don't like this at all.

[–] zarquon@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 year ago

Is such a funny mix of "must be so retro" and "that carpet still looks new

[–] paorzz@lemmy.world 0 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) (1 children)

(^~^) It's not real. I refuse to believe it.

[–] BenDoubleU@lemmy.world 0 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Not sure why carpet in the bathroom gets so much hate. Drying off is as easy as rolling around on the floor.

[–] ptz@dubvee.org 1 points 1 year ago

Did black mold write this comment?

[–] ArtemZ@lemmy.world -2 points 1 year ago

I had no idea it's a thing. But now I hate it
