This type of dialog always reminds me of Toki Wartooth's way of speaking
YESSSSS COUNTRYBALLS
I don't get it but I like it.
It's a joke about the Netherlands claiming land from the sea
Ah, it makes it even funnier. Here's a heart: ❤️
but what does "gib clay" mean?
In the language of Polandball comics, it means "give land/territory".
"Gib" is taken from the German imperative for "give!"
Best theory is that "clay" as "land" originates from a bad machine translation.
It seems somene created a Wiki that covers these terms: https://www.polandballwiki.com/wiki/Terminology#Clay
"give clay". The Dutch wanted to have clay for their world famous clay baths...
Give land/territory
Sealand was always there, but Flevoland was made this way. God created earth, but the Dutch, blablabla.
The bible said god created earth but the Dutch made earth and cheese so the Dutch are more powerful than god
I'm Dutch, can confirm. We used to pick on God in primary school for His lack of cheese during lunch. He was such a Chump back then. Amen.
Dutch cheese is delicious. A dangerous game having any near you while stoned though. The last time I bought a wheel to bring home as a present for someone, it didn't make it out of the hotel, never mind home to Ireland.
A WHEEL???
I'm not sure if that's the technical term, but yes, a wheel of cheese.
Thanks to the last few generations the sea will taketh back what was giveth from her.
Just curious what happened
Edit: you mean global warming don't you I'm dumb lol
