Great going! I had to stop all my hard weight loss work to visit parents for two weeks and I just hit the scales, now sadly I put half back on. Today I'm starting it all up again with intermittent fasting, a four mile hike and a calorie defecit. Looks like Christmas is when I will be able to reach my goal.
