Karlach's probably my favorite character so far in the game... Not only in personality and... Assets. But she has also carried my ass through every combat encounter I've had her in so far... Too bad (SPOILERS for a thing in act1)

I'm pretty sure you can't progress her quest without Dammon, so you'll have to load an earlier save (if you have one) and do your best to protect him or talk down Kagha so there's one less shadow druid to fight

Btw, do you happen too know what the fck I need to do to help Gale? Like, he vaguely mentions what happened to him and this Mythra and their whole backstory together, but I have no clue where I need to go...

If so, I dunno. Haven't gotten that far yet. Until then, he'll ask you for exactly what he needs once he has a high enough opinion of you, which SHOULD be pretty early 🤷
Did you find Elminster in the mountain pass during act 1?
No, I decided to go through the underground before I go through the pass
It's not DnD logic, you can revivify a mosnter if you want to, although it only works if they died a minute ago max, and you can use another spell to make that last longer. Also, revivify costs diamond dust. It's BG3 logic.
I would have been interested in seeing it but my save was completely hardlocked out of it. In contrast to basically every other character she never ever came on to me (middle of Act 3 currently).
I must have done something in the wrong order, I've heard others have had trouble with it as well.
Yeah, I was at the beginning of Act 3 when I realised that I had irrevocably missed out on it. I had to start a new game from scratch and follow a guide, but it was absolutely worth it!
The romances could do with a bit of an overhaul, in my opinion. Feels like several of them have weird pacing, and so many characters go from 0-100 in the blink of an eye. You say a single affirmation to Halsin and he acts like he's been in love with you his whole life and you're soulmates. Dude, I just offered you a drink at a celebration out of common courtesy.
With every other NPC being so horny it's actually been refreshing to have Karlach just behave like a buddy in my playthrough, but in general for the Karlach romance to be so fiddly you need to follow a guide to not lock yourself out of it just sounds... poorly implemented.
Yeah it's fiddly for sure, but the payoff is more than worth the bother IMO 🤷
