For the same reason, the intro to Episode III. The fadeout from the title crawl to the war drums to the epic space battle. I LOVE that shit, so underrated.
I will do what I must
The final space battle in Rogue One, old school moustaches and all
Visually, you cannot beat the Darth/Luke battle scene in the carbonite freezing chamber in ESB.. it is like art. The orange and the blue are so beautiful
Vader's scene at the end of Rogue One.
There are so many good ones but here are a couple that came to mind when I saw this question:
From RotJ: βNever. Iβll never turn to the dark side. Youβve failed, your highness. I am a Jedi, like my father before me.β
From ESB: "I don't believe it!" "That is why you fail." plus Yoda's "luminous beings" speech.
From Andor: Kino Loy's "one way out" monologue over the intercom during the prison break.
From Mando: the part in The Tragedy when Fett goes absolutely fucking HAM on the bucketheads as theyβre trying to advance at the base of the mountain (this is the one scene that got me super stoked for the Boba Fett series)
From Boba Fett:
Unironically, "you were my brother, Anakin. I loved you" though I suppose it is more of just a line rather than a whole scene. Ewan was too good for those films.
The opening scene. Lots of movies had featured spaceships like the one we initially see fleeing. When it reveals the size of the star destroyer, we know that it's going to be a new type of story.
I love that they show Leia's ship coming in from the bottom of the frame, so we're above it, but then the star destroyer from the top, so we see it from below. Really ups the intimidation factor and ensures we know who we're rooting from before anyone has even spoke a word.
When the Star Destroyer appeared, too big to fit onto the screen, I knew that science fiction movies had just changed.
Han Solo in the cantina
Battle of Hoth
It's a trap! battle
Vader hallway in Rogue One.
The Vader hallway scene gives me chills every time. We need more Vader badassery in live action.
In The Phantom Menace, the entire podrace scene. Yes, it's goofy as heck, but man does George Lucas know how to make some pure campy exciting fun.
In A New Hope, the trench runs. God, they're just SO COOL, especially on a big screen.
In The Force Awakens, Han being rescued by the Resistance, from the time Han Solo is captured to the time Leia shows up, is a masterclass example of editing and music.
Binary Sunset. Luke staring pensively out into the distance as he considers his place in the universe and where it may or may not go. Iβd be staggered to find anyone who canβt relate to that.
Very good one. Itβs the first image on my mind whenever someone says sunset
Dang you got a high sunset bar homie.
βNo! I am your father!β
The trench run, and specifically the sequence of Luke being left as last man standing when Biggs is killed, then "Use the force, Luke," "You may fire when ready,", "I have you now," and "You're all clear kid, now let's blow this thing and go home," BOOOOOM!!!
Just absolute movie perfection.
Oh and also, "I love you," "I know".
I thought for a second that the OP of the other post had changed the title (missed opportunity, there).
Serious answer: TIE fighter pilots climbing into their ships against the backdrop of The Eye, with the klaxons fitting perfectly with the music.
The finality of Rogue One, Order 66, Luke looking into the double sunset, and Luke choosing to not kill his father after defeating him even though the emperor wants him to.
Darth Maul revealing his double edged lightsaber and the entire duel of the fates battle.
Lots of beautiful visuals in Rogue One, especially the final battle and Vaderβs scene.
Anakin and Obi Wanβs final conversation as Anakin is dismembered and burning.
Criticism aside, the Holdo maneuver was visually amazing in the movie theater.
Luke and Vaderβs final battle and Palpatine joining.
Luke looking up at the 2 moons + the score.
Adam Driver in the shirtless scene. Aka 'Ben Swolo' doing the 'the force' video call with Rey.
The entire joke that Last Week Tonight with John Oliver ran about this was fantastic.
Is that where John Oliver got his crush on Adam Driver from? Let me see if I saw that episode of Last Week Tonight...
Yep, it ran for a whole season.
Edit: I don't remember which season it was on, it was a couple of seasons ago. Probably just after the Ben Swolo thing became popular.
"So, you have a twin sister. Your feelings have now betrayed her, too. Obi-Wan was wise to hide her from me. Now his failure is complete."
And then the music goes, Luke fights back, emperor cackling, just greatness.
The battle of crait from the last Jedi with the red salt was visually stunning and doesn't really get much credit.
Honestly that's the strongest part of the sequels for me they are truly beautiful visually
Since everyone is saying movies, I'm gonna say the scene before Order 66 in The Clone Wars
Iβm really surprised no one has said the tragedy of Darth Plagueis scene from RotS, Ian McDiarmid is fantastic.
βI will not leave you, master. Not this time.β
Time to get the tissues...
I did need tissues at the time as a matter of fact.
Death of Maul in Rebels. After years of searching for his self imposed rival desiring the revenge for all the years of pain he had endured he finds a withered old man who had moved on. Obi-Wan rises to meet his once mortal enemy baiting him with the starting form that his master had used all those years ago. Maul takes the bait and is cut down by the man he had hated for most of his life. In his dying moments he is held and reassured by the same man that the Force, the only thing that Maul had left would be at balance once again. It's lasts seconds but it's like a painting in motion with how much is going on
Episode 8 wasnβt great but that scene in the red throne looking room was pretty cool.
The credits
Unironically, the original trilogy credits always got me pumped up for the next one.
The power in the swings of Vader is just pure rage. Smashing Luke's lightsaber, slashing the walls, he's pissed now. Luke should have been easy to beat in his eyes but he's still fighting him.

Luthen's monologue in Andor. Some of the best dialogue in all of Star Wars.
Thatβs the service post in a row that I misread: I was like, who watches Star Wars for science?
The entire battle between Palpatine vs Maul and Savage. Probably my favourite lightsaber battle.
The asteroid field in Empire. The music is some of my favorite in the series, and the tie fighters getting taken out by asteroids was so cool
