Iโ€™ve wondered for some time if it would be worth having rookies racing with 2-year-old cars in parallel. Perhaps during the weekends where thereโ€™s no F1 race.

Keeping the older cars running would be quite some effort - like in keeping spare parts and so on

Yeahโ€ฆ my plan pays absolutely no heed to the economics of it. ๐Ÿ˜… I just want to see more races, and let someone else figure out the money. Heh.

Anyway, the article does mention that the main hurdle for a rookie sprint would be economical. Glad to read that itโ€™s being seriously considered.
