Most people are on a local FB-like social media that's extremely toxic. Also requires a phone number for registration... but I will think on it.

Can you get a burner phone and SIM in your country? (Separate phone because of IMEI. Of course, purchased offline without registration in cash.)
I happen to live in a country where every phone number has to be registered with a government ID..., so that's not a possibility here, but perhaps it is for you.
