Solution, I block all lemmy.ml communities I see in my feed.

You can simply block the entire instance.

My feed is so much better after blocking lemmy.ml and hexbear.

Glad I'm not the only one who's noticed bad actors coming out of that instance. I don't block it, but I do tag problem users.

It's important to note when you block the instance, it disables reply notification for everyone from that instance.

I blocked .ml months ago, and it took me a while to figure out why I'd see replies I didn't know about.

You can still see them and reply, you just don't get notified if they reply again.
