A good coffee setup. I dearly love coffee and espresso, and making espresso at home can pay for itself quickly if you'd otherwise buy a latte every day. It's also delicious!
Absolutely. People don't realize how much they spend on coffee and energy drinks and it can be done at home for super cheap
I mean, depending on the setup and the quality of coffee it can be... Not cheap. Takes a while to break even on a premium espresso machine and grinder and specialty coffee. And the gadgets... Still bought a beefy machine (used) though, because I want my espresso damn it.
Yeah that's true, but not everyone needs, or can afford a top of the line espresso machine. I've got a bunch of different coffee makers (french press, drip carafe, hand press espresso, keurig [which I hate], and just got a used nespresso machine for cheap [hate the company, but the coffee is really good and convenient]) and it beats paying barista prices for a coffee everyday.
I still want a nice espresso machine, cause I usually just drink espresso, but the nespresso is satisfying the itch. The manual machine makes good espresso, but it's a total pain in the ass and I don't ever feel like fooling with it.
