The selling is difficult to say. We're probably not literally sending them missiles, but instead components intended to be used as part of weapons. But it's hard to know precisely, because the government is deliberately opaque in this area.
Damn, yeah hard to give any benefit of the doubt when it's so opaque like you say. Very concerning
