Well, I'm going to say that in some cases landlords are just the usual people who were a bit luckier. I don't think that applies to most of places with a high price for living and/or housing, but I have a friend that technically was a landlord while he finished his education and lived in dormitory he lended his newly finished apartment in a neighboring town.

What I'm trying to say, I think, is that not for everyone being a landlord is a lifestyle

Tbh the problem isn't the individuals who happen to be landlords, it's the system of landlordship where someone can own someone else's home and make profit off of their lives. Just because you live and act within a system that doesn't make you the problem. You can be a strong anti-capitalist and still need the money to buy food.
