Pretty bold assumption that they're buying the skirt to masturbate.
Masturbation produces even less smoke than cigarettes or vapes - unless you are doing it very wrong.
it ruins your mental health
masturbating will literally make you healthier lol, if nothing else it means you're likely to find any weird lumps.
