7. Posts from clickbait sources are heavily discouraged. Please de-clickbait titles if it needs to be submitted.


8. Submission statements of any length composed of your own thoughts inside the post text field are mandatory for any microblog posts, and are optional but recommended for article/image/video posts.

Same, I emailed the Devs yesterday suggesting a Lemmy port. Guess they already had the memo and worked on it.

Oh I had no idea! I just assumed it was closed source because I had to pay to get the Pro version. Still an app worth paying for though

If you downloaded Slide off of the google playstore, the premium version was paid as a way to help support the dev. If you downloaded it off of F-Droid, or directly from Github, the premium features were free.

It's copyleft, not permissive, so we do know it'll continue to be Free Software.
