I tend to agree with them as I don't like whiny managers either but there's two things that kinda bother me:
They suggest that this is being taken up during behind closed doors meetings between managers that happen regularly. How do they know this issue isn't being discussed there if it's not public? Aside from that I personally think this process should be somewhat public. Nothing good in football has ever happened behind closed doors.
They complain that whining coaches overshadow how good the winning teams have played, yet they contriyto the same effect by spending 90% (of this video at least) on Arteta.
What I do fully agree with is that referees are humans too which too often is forgotten.
