That’s good to hear, what do they cost on average? Wondering if you have a specific recommendation.

I paid 1600 for mine. Where i would constantly shift in other chairs... i can sit for extended hours in my chair and not feel like i hate life after.

I also have a sit/ stand desk. So when we get to hour 4 or 5 i can just stand up for an hour then sit again and I'm good.

That might be an idea, what’s neighborhood of the chair?

They help but I still get tailbone and lower back pain. I’ve found a foam roller also helps a ton.

Yeah. All the ergo communities say stretching > chair/desk > keeb > mouse. I really should stretch more :P
