I don't care as long as there is bogroll available.

París was ok when I went, but I do really remember there being loads of dogshit everywhere.

I've had days where I've felt like doing that.

I have good memories of the cdrom era.

Shame about the undismissable AI video overlaid on the page...

So tired of AI. Can we just not?

I find it easy to have this mindset too. Sometimes it's outright depressing.

But I think a lot of this is a result of the media having given up on reporting good news.

Try ignoring the news for a while and you may feel better.

I had a +3. At the time it was much better than rubber 48K keys.

If you are expecting cherry mx switches, you will be disappointed.

If you could call it an OS, ZX spectrum basic was my first. My first Linux was Slackware 6 or 7 installed from a string of floppies. Good times.

Research shows water now wet.

I don't like gravel. That's it.

  • noisy
  • scatters all over the neighborhood.
  • hard to walk on
  • dogs and cats crap in it
  • kids chuck it around and put it in their mouth.
  • doesn't even look good.
  • difficult and heavy to remove once you have come to terms will all of the above.

Gravel advocates... explain your case for gravelling your garden/drive.

Gravel sceptics, feel free to share your distaste.

I recently had to migrate my team's CI from Bors-NG to Github Merge Queues. In this post I share my experience in doing so.

Hi,

I've been using Jerboa for some time, but one day it started saying "unable to verify JWT token" and I appeared to be not logged in any more.

So I removed the account and tried to re-add it. It crashes every time after entering my password.

Tried clearing the cache. No good.

Any ideas?

You've seen a Schiit stack. Well here's a Sabaj stack.

The headphone amp is cheap and good. Completely black background and three gain levels.

The dac unit has a ton of inputs including coax, optical and Bluetooth. Sadly Bluetooth mode induces RF interference, but I rarely use it, so meh.

The dac unit is now discontinued.

It's the correct flavour. Change my mind....

Anyone fancy a moan about the Dartford crossing?

Woke up this morning to a £35 penalty for forgetting to pay the toll charge.

I swear they make it as easy as possible to forget...

I almost preferred when you had to toss coins into a hopper...

End whinging.

I was gifted a SAK a while ago. Originally the scales were camo, which made it hard to find when dropped in grass. I didn't use it much for fear of losing it.

So gave it new yellow scales, the plus ones that add the pen slot, then added the pen, a red pin and and corkscrew screwdriver.

Put it on a hi-vis nylon cord for good measure.

This is gonna be my new camping companion!
