I also can't get enough of electronic downtempo/chillout/lounge music, mainly prefer instrumental stuff but if it's gotta have vocals then make them female. got any artist recommendations? I love all the old Pork Records stuff (Fila Brazillia, Baby Mammoth, Leggo Beast, Bullitnuts), and Elektrolux records (Fresh Moods, Guardner, Index ID, Naoki Kenji, The Sushi Club), Tosca, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Peace Orchestra, Nightmares On Wax, Bonobo, etc.

I made the mistake of letting my cat drink from a slow stream of running water in my bathroom sink ONE TIME and ever since then the little wench will not allow me to take a shit in peace, within seconds of me closing the bathroom door she starts scratching demanding me to turn the faucet on for her.

I'd buy her a fountain if I didn't know that she would still prefer the sink, in classic asshole cat form.

I try to see as much live music as possible (within the genres that I at least somewhat like). There's something about being just another face in the crowd dancing to the music that makes me feel like I'm a part of something greater than myself. Everyone there at least has the common ground of liking the music regardless of their political stance, sexual preference, etc.

I have a chance to see Randy Feltface live in December but may have to go by myself since my one standup buddy said he "can't do puppets" lol. I mean I get the puppet hate but this isn't like Jeff Dunham, Randy is actually legitimately funny to the point that you kinda forget you're looking at a puppet.

also agreed on Mitch, RIP.

Craig Ferguson is probably my number one though. His specials aren't even that great but the three times I've seen him live have been hysterical, and his Late Late Show was legendary imo, such a quick witted mind for improv.

Is capitalism dying or will it just get more and more ruthless until like 10 people have 99.999% of the wealth? Is there a difference? Either way it seems like humanity will have to make a choice soon whether we want to keep propping up a system that has fundamentally failed them.

Multiply 9 times any number and it always "reduces" back down to 9 (add up the individual numbers in the result)

For example: 9 x 872 = 7848, so you take 7848 and split it into 7 + 8 + 4 + 8 = 27, then do it again 2 + 7 = 9 and we're back to 9

It can be a huge number and it still works:

9 x 987345734 = 8886111606

8+8+8+6+1+1+1+6+0+6 = 45

4+5 = 9

Also here's a cool video about some more mind blowing math facts

formerly Chuck's

Here's a longer version of Pedro Hernandez's video (turn on English closed captions)

And here's Alfredo Carrillo's original video which is slightly better quality.

This is definitely one of the weirdest UFO videos I've ever seen with the dozens of spheres being ejected, almost seems organic in a way. And with two different people filming it at the same time gives it more credibility in my opinion (the movement of the ejected spheres matches up between the two videos)

Have you seen these videos before? What are your thoughts?
