My girlfriend does this. She almost always leaves two bites of a meal, or the two last cookies, and then eats it later. She says she's eaten plenty and then puts it away for later. I still don't understand.

It's just language, they don't mean he sat down and coded it. He and his team hired someone to do it, just like his websites.
Ive got curly hair so cant reccomend brushing like some of the others here. If you have wavy/curly hair look for advice on that.
Specifically, look into the curly girl method.
In my building, some apartments just couldn't afford to do this. At the time, I was able to chip in, but lately I've been pretty broke so I wouldn't be able to afford it right now.
FYI, this is not just painted, this is paint over insulation for the apartment. Should keep things warmer in winter and colder in summer.
