Yeah his buddies from DOD’s PR and from the NSA. /s Yeah I’d believe that the whole novel really reminded me of a YouTube of some war games.

My second favourite crazy conspiracy theory is that Tom Clancy didn’t really exist and that he was the front man for the CIA’s public relations office. Red Storm especially leads this as the whole novel reads like someone took a high level war game and tried to make a novelisation out of it.

I came here looking for this and I knew Lemmy would come through for me. Thanks for passing your spark forward.

But, and hang with me here, Presidential Elections have a really low R.O.I. Any sensible billionaire knows that the quality investments are in Senators. Once you get one of them elected the chance of them loosing reelection is very low and yet any one of them can put an indefinite hold on any piece legislation and they really have a hold on getting the right kind of people on the courts. Really they should be spending their money more wisely.

Laurie Anderson - Strange Angels

The Middleman! It was 1 hour comedy that played on ABC Family that sadly got canceled after its first season. It was a farcical take on the super spy genre based off the comic books of the same name with Matt Kessler and Natalie freaking Morales. Vampire Ventriloquist Dummies, Zombie Flying Fish, and all Alien Boy Bands. It’s a hilarious send up spy and comic book tropes.

You lucky So-and-So! It’s a heap of fun!

Yeah let the writers do whatever they need to get us to the rest of the immortal weapons stories. It was one of the best runs of the comics and one that would make for a fun season.

Honestly Iron Fist was just starting to get good when it was cancelled. The whole 1st season was a wasted opportunity but the 2nd season was totally on an upward trajectory.

Well for Texas 60’s is darn cold.

It was a quote that I read on lemmy. Someone was talking about dealing with suicidal thoughts and he asked his friend why he shouldn’t kill himself. His friend thought for a minute and then looked at him and said “Mornings are pretty nice.”

It was at that point he realised he shouldn’t be looking for some great reason for some great reason for life and instead just be.
