Get a 160mm base and put as many as you can in a diorama

This is amazing

It's only cooking if it's done in the Cooke region governed by the Earle of Sandwich. Anything else is sparkling food preparation.

Looks amazing! Is it a base for another model? Lol

Very firmly no. Even PCRs are not useful. People can pull out an example of "my friend infected me when her test said X" but that's just coincidence. This has been studied extensively during COVID and there is no reliable correlation between test value and infectivity.

Argue all you want. I gave you real numbers. That was my quote without a down payment.

We live in very different places. Multiply most of those numbers by about 6 and you have my area. I'm not exaggerating - 3 bedroom attached house of 1.5million, mortgage of 6.5k, PMI of $2500. Average rent is 2-3k for a 1 bedroom.

I've lived it. If your average home is $250k, your situation is nothing like mine or half the country that lives in cities. Your advice only applies to rural areas with extremely low cost of living.

People don't do this because it's not a good idea for almost everyone. If you don't put money down, your monthly payment will be astronomical, and THEN you will have to pay PMI on top of that (which isn't applied to the mortgage OR interest) until you hit 20% paid. That money is thrown away and depending on where you live, it can be close to a rent payment on its own, without the actual mortgage payment. If you can afford a massive mortgage with PMI, you can afford to save a down payment. The only time I would do what you suggest is if my income was way more than rent and I was in a rush to move into a house.

Fannie and Freddie are legit, use them!

I find it very tasty, however, I think hot sauce is adding more moisture to a food that's already pretty wet. I prefer red pepper flakes to balance this out. But she should do what she wants

Lol yeah the geometry of the noses would pack tighter. However, you could get a situation where you can't get out because the noses are all angles in towards each other

I'm thoroughly confused here. I have a lemme.world account, saved a voyager icon which is basically just a link to m.lemme.world and everything works if I use that link. However, if I type in lemme.world or m.lemme.world (both with or without the https://) I get "address not found." This happens on my desktop or mobile browsers, across different browsers.

I just logged in from a new device and my only way to access the site was to first go back to join-lemme.org, find lemme.world, and follow the link. But the link is just "lemme.world" aaaahhhhggg.

Can anyone explain what is happening here?
