Almost hit 200hrs in Noita and somehow it's still fun. It's my go to when I don't have energy for VR, and the first non-VR title that's really grabbed me for the past few years. Really great game for shorter play sessions.

If I'm knackered it's Noita, if I have some energy left I'm pwning noobs in Population 1.

I went freelance after covid. The management's attitude towards WFH really underlined for me how little they cared for their employees. It's not the kind of work people need to be in the office for, yet they kept pushing, and surprise surprise, wave after wave of covid went through the people that thought being in the office was a good idea. People are still suffering the effects years on. Couldn't be happier now I'm working for myself.

Currently putting a lot of time into Noita. It's the first flat screen game that has really grabbed me since I moved over to almost exclusively VR gaming in 2016!

Personally I couldn't get into the voice acting, feels jarring and within a few minutes I'm hearing completely mispronounced words. Hard to ignore.

Fireworks and pyrotechnic chemistry.

I'm all for pushing the envelope and creating experiences that are only possible in VR, but I don't see how you could play a good VR FPS and come to the conclusion that VR isn't a good medium for playing this kind of game. I've gone back to flat screen FPS a few times over the last few years and I feel so disconnected from the game, VR has completely transformed gaming for me.
