Only if you're a White Lab Rat. Anything gives them cancer. Otherwise, unless your drinks are in excess of a gallon per glass I don't think you've a worry.

Don't ask police or friends or even an attorney. Ask your local version of legal aide. This is basically what they do.

I may be mistaken, but wasn't it Mark Twain who said that ever American has a God given right to make a total fool of themselves? Americans famously take a notion to doing that and flipping a very public bird to each other. The last great bird flipping was of course the election of Trump...

The power of the Fedi is that YOU, personally can block the whole domain with a click and it will never enter your feed. Don't sweat the little stuff and Threads is definitely the little stuff.
