If you have a bigger pot, use it! Cannabis needs a lot of space for the roots. They are "Tiefenwurzeler", not sure how to translate that one ;)
Multiple problems, mainly your roots. Probably not enough drainage and over-watering. Your roots are not able to breath and are under-developed. Now they can't use all the nutritions the plant needs.
Get some good substrate, maybe even invest in bio bizz. At least perlite for your substrate. And re-pot asap. Its not too late, she will be back if you give her the chance.
I think we need a few pictures of your plant for a proper analysis. It sounds like they either finished their pre-flower stretch or its just the pot size. How old are they?

The question is: can a wealthy philantropist do more good than a wealthy psychopath can do harm? Buying cars is not really bad per se, it just shows they don't care for anything but themselves. Spending money on research to solve global warming on the other hand...
Edit: I'm just playing devils advocat. I know it is no solution to all our problems and I hate cumulation of wealth in the hands of a few. But thats the world we live in and I just try to find a silver lining.
I believe it's peer pressure once you have that kind of money. They are so far from reality they just don't think about it. All their cocaine-buddies ramble about how they "deserve it" to throw money out of the window, they worked so hard yadda-yadda.
It's bonkers. But I also never had that kind of money. Maybe we would all do the same thing?

April 1st was a special day for us growmies in Germany. We are now allowed to grow up to 3 plants in our homes. This is the first outdoor grow on my balcony (third floor, south facing).
The Skunksisters are 2 clones from my indoor grow. Skunk1 (front) was released into the wild 3 weeks ago while it was cold and dark in Germany (thanks climate change!). Skunk2 was luckier, she could spend more time inside under artificial lights and heat. You can clearly spot the happy one...
I grow for 20 years, now I can show my hobby. I love it!

Bei Außentemperaturen um die 10° C geht auf dem Balkon gar nichts.

Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen schon jetzt einen Skunk #1 Klon (2 Wochen alt) raus zu stellen. Da auch indoor ein, zwei Pflänzchen sprießen ist es mir vor allem wichtig erstmal outdoor-Erfahrung zu sammeln. Es wäre also nicht schlimm wenn das nix wird. Purer Luxus.
Der Klon wurde vor 2 Woche abgenommen und in einem Anzuchtbecher mit Anzuchterde und Pyrit in ein Gewächshaus unter einer 50-Watt-Leuchtstoffröhre gewurzelt, nach 1 Woche umgetopft in einen kleinen Topf mit der gleichen Erdmischung und gleich gedüngt (Canna).
Den kleinen Topf habe ich gewählt da es mir nicht um Ertrag geht und ich erstmal lernen muss wie die Umgebung darauf reagiert. Direkt gegenüber von meinem Balkon im 3.OG Südseite ist ein Hotel mit fast direktem Blick auf mein Bubatz-Experiment. Das versuche ich noch mit klassichem Grünzeug einzuschränken.
