I keep my phone on silent because do not disturb doesn't do jack shit. Still vibrates in the middle of the night like the shitter it is.

Well this definitely makes me reconsider using their IDEs now. How can you be that tone deaf?
Nothing works so I try to just avoid or ignore it, or go to sleep if it gets too intense. Medication and therapy just aren't effective for me unfortunately.

There's plenty of different ones to try. Go to your doctor and see if they can put you on something else. You don't want to quit cold turkey, that's a rough experience.
