give money to billionaires and give the nhs over to american healthcare.

at this point we should just list the pledges labour actually kept. it'd be shorter.

right now the emoji picker only has text emojis, which is nice, but it'd be great if it had graphical ones too, like on mastodon/misskey.

also my instance has custom emoji too and id love to be able to use them in boost too (it's hard to remember the code since it's a long image tag url).

i don't know if it's even possible to but if it is it'd be nice to have :)

on my instance, downvotes are disabled but in boost they still show (while doing nothing obvs). It would be nice to not show them at all. eternity for lemmy does this so their must be a way to know if they're disabled or not

love the app :)

I'm currently using an HP with Windows 11 and WSL but I'd love to switch to Linux, proper - at least just on my development machine. I'm standard LAMP, though I also would use Node and Rails, too.

I use AI and PS (though I'm familiar with Inkspot and Gimp, if WINE isn't perfect for them), Visual Studio Code/Codium, Git, and Chrome/Firefox.

What are some of the best places to look for machines that can work for this? I'd prefer Debian, though I'm fine with Ubuntu. I've looked at Dell but they seem limited with what is available.
