And nauseous vs. nauseated.

I think what OP means is that when you've been immersed in rationality for a while then suddenly in a situation where you're surrounded by religious people again, the things that are "normal" to them can be jarring to you. It's quite an "emperor has no clothes" moment.

I'm thinking they found other fruit/veggie/food models with the dildo.

I need to see pics of you two!

I haven't had In n Out in like 20 years but back then the fries were golden and crispy. I liked them a lot.

Also: What is love?

[–] cheesymoonshadow@lemmings.world 2 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

Just wanted to give you an update. I tried a couple of things (paste, drops) to see if adding those to his current food would entice him to eat. Nothing worked. But he absolutely loves the Weruva steak frites and scarfs it down every time. He is now back to eating his original prescription food in the morning and the steak frites in the evening. Thanks so much for all your input.

My brother has tinnitus and sometimes doesn't realize his voice is really loud.

Murphy is around 20 years old at this point with chronic kidney disease and a balance problem that we have to give him a daily pill for for the rest of his life. He is definitely deaf because we've tried waking him up with loud noises. πŸ˜†

We thought the end was nearing because his appetite greatly decreased, but after trying different things we finally found a food he will scarf down that isn't bad for his kidneys.

He seems back to his normal self again these days. Who knows how long he'll live yet? We've heard some cats live past 30.

However many more days he has left with us, we intend to fill them with love, pets, and cuddles.

Our one remaining cat is deaf so we have to hold food/treats near his nose until the smell wakes him up.

As someone who works retail, I'm pretty shameless when it comes to kicking people out. I do it politely and with a smile but I have no problem telling customers we're about to close or are closed.

Gotta love how the whole strip is about O'Brien but it's still a dig at Wesley.

POV mama cat:

(This pic was taken in 2014. Murphy is over 20 years old now.)

I was half-asleep and the sun was super bright but I'm glad the camera captured a pretty shot.

Additional Murphy tax

Our 20-year-old has CKD and we feed him a prescription food in the morning (Royal Canin Renal Support D) and a non-prescription food in the evening (Forza10 Renal Support patΓ©).

Treats are limited to catnip, cat grass, and the very rare small piece of plain chicken.

What do you feed yours?

Only about 4 weeks in as a cashier and I've heard this enough to last me a lifetime.

He still gets the zoomies and crazies. Energizer Murphy -- he just keeps on going.

We keep our oldmancat Murphy in his room at night; otherwise, he'll howl at our bedroom door at an ungodly hour, begging to be fed. His room stays pretty dim, so when we let him out in the morning, he always gives us this squinty face. <3

We had new floors put in today and Murphy was oblivious to the noise that would otherwise stress out a hearing cat.

Murphy was found in a storm drain. We guess he was just under a year old when we adopted him. This video is from two years ago when he was around 18. He's still alive today and showing no signs of slowing down.

So for the rest of this day, I'll be getting texts from 17 other people responding to this prayer request.

Edit: Other than the initial flurry of hearts and replies pictured below, it's actually been pretty quiet, thank goodness.
