Pressing Super+Shift was never the question. I’m talking about Shift+Space and Super+Space. They behave the same, regardless of order.

Thanks for replying.

Is it possible that Shift and Super are swapped in Neo?

No. When I press super on its own, the Mint menu opens. When I press Shift, I get capital letters. All regular.

Is it both Shift keys or just one?

Yes, both Shift keys exhibit the same behaviour.

In the picture you posted, it seems you set the keyboard shortcut in the settings for QWERTZ. Maybe that needs to be set for Neo as well?

These settings are global. If I select a different layout and change a setting, it stays the same when I change the layout back.

My initial guess was that sudo would eat up the echo’d foo as the password. Maybe sudo works differently when invoked via zsh?

Can’t reproduce.

16:22:48:~/tmp$ echo foo | sudo tee newfile
[sudo] Passwort für bleistift2:
foo

16:23:02:~/tmp$ ls -l newfile
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4 Feb 23 16:22 newfile

Something like “I’ll be the first to say that I don’t know anything about this.”

You get downvotes for a completely useless statement. Who’d have thunk?

Do you mean…

  1. body > article > h1 is smaller than body > h2
  2. body > article > h1 is smaller than body > article > h2?

And where? Which spec stylesheets are you talking about?

For (1), https://css-tricks.com/document-outline-dilemma/ might answer your question.

Not a word about how much energy went into the process and how much was harvested…

I can create plasma using a candle and a microwave.

About one third of this image is content.

Phew! For a moment I thought you were talking about the steam compatibility thingy.

In the background a person plays with a kid in the pool. The person is labeled “Companies updating their website”. The kid is labeled “The company logo”.

In the foreground a kid seems to be drowning. It is labeled “Useful information”.

In a second panel a skeleton sits at the bottom of the pool. It is labeled “The copyright year”

Bro, just one more bug fix, I swear. The base design is good, promise. This is just a simple bug that I need to fix. It doesn’t require redesigning my approach. I know I’m calling the same function 8 times to get the same data each time, but that’s just this one time, bro. I know they’re asynchronous functions and loading now takes 300ms, but this is just during development, bro. I know I’ve inlined about 7 different things that should be seprate, but that was necessary to fix the previous last bug. I swear, I’m almost done. This is the last bug to fix, bro.
