Nxf6+ is probably the engine choice but, depending on the elo, I think Nb6+ is a more difficult position to handle for white and they could end up losing even more material.

For example, Nb6+ Qf7 blocking. The thought process being "if I'm going to lose my queen then I'd rather get a bishop for it than a knight". Naturally, they forget that you capture the queen with check and after they retake you have Nxa8

That would probably only work up to about 1300 though. Still worth a try imo since you are winning either way.
