Because of Project 2025 and what that would mean for the future should Trump & Co. win.

No need for peace talks if you exterminate the other side taps forehead - Israel probably.

It’s truly a shame to watch this play out. And no this doesn’t mean I support Hamas. I just also don’t support Israel.

It feels great. Have tried a couple builds as Zealot, Psyker, and Ogryn. Crazy fun, tho I expect some nerfs as the builds are a bit to strong imo. Damnation HI doesn’t even feel like a challenge right now. STG still gets crazy though, the new AI director is mean!

Tons of buffs across the board make old forgotten weapons feel good. Eviscerator and Chainsword are worth taking!

Yeah I’m waiting for the article about it being pushed onto the tracks.

Yep. Netflix removed a lot of my need to pirate, it was so convenient. Then every studio decided they needed their own streaming service and kept increasing prices while quality went down, so now I’m back to pirating.

I’ve always pirated anime tho. For a long time a lot wasn’t available legally and even once it was, I find fan subs to be much better than the official sources.

It’s more the case that if you use more than 20% it is seen as negative. 0-10% is excellent, 10-20% is good, and it gets worse from there. Every year I request a credit increase despite my spending staying the same simply because it makes my utilization go down. But it’s dumb. I don’t need the extra credit. I’ll never use it. But have to have it to max my score.

Was coming here specifically to say credit scores. Oh what’s that you paid off your student loans? Here have a big credit hit as a treat. Oh you’re using your credit? Here have a credit hit even tho you’ve never missed a payment. How dare you use the credit you have??

It blows my mind how upset people get about masking. During the two primary years of Covid where I isolated and masked religiously, I didn’t get sick once or even have allergies (despite visiting parks often).

Now companies have RTO and try to get everyone in on the same days so illness spreads like wildfire. People sitting right beside me hacking their lungs out.

It’s so soft and yet there is still 0% chance of this going anywhere. That’s where we are smh.

Yep. A couple years ago I crossed the 6 figure threshold, which is what I was always told growing up was “good money”. But when you factor in inflation + living in a HCOL area, it doesn’t go nearly that far. I’m mostly comfortable and able to save but that’s because I save/invest religiously and also don’t make large purchases. There is 0 chance I could afford a kid right now.

And I’m not trying to say I have it the worst, I recognize the privilege I do have making as much as I do/how much less financial stress I have compared to previously. But man, 6 figures was so hyped up as a kid and it just doesn’t have the purchasing power it used to.

Oh 100%. I wanted Bernie so bad and won’t forgive them for what they did in 2016 or 2020.

But bitching about the DNC suppressing progressive candidates and bitching about young voters not voting are not mutually exclusive activities. Pretty easy to do both.

Even if people are turned off by the modern DNC, the alternative are fascists. By not voting you’re indirectly supporting the fascists. That’s why we ended up with 4 years of Trump and then barely a majority for the Senate. Now we’ve lost the house. If dem voters could see the bigger picture and hold their nose and vote, we would be in a much better place to be pushing for progressive policy instead of just trying to defend basically civil rights.
