I like the window version of intermittent fasting. I give myself 4-6 hours a day in which I can eat. Cold coffee and milk (50 - 50 of each) at the start and then ends with a big meal. But to each their own.
I am hiatus on it until after the new years, but for the month or so I was on it I felt and slept way better.
It started well into the election cycle after Biden refused to honor his one term pledge.
