The point is, we don't know what kind of headphones or what kind of source OP is using.

First, you're going to have to define what poor sound means to you. Modding your closed back headphones to add more speakers isn't going to make them sound better, but probably worse.

The best way to get better sound is to replace your headphones with better headphones, or to use a better source when playing music. Even better headphones aren't going to improve the quality of music if you're playing lossy Mp3s.

They really don't get it... They just can't fathom that liberals are voting for Democrats to save democracy not because we have any interest in Joe Biden. We just don't want to become North Korea. How hard is that to understand?

1. The new framework put forth by the NLRB only went into effect in late 2023 (November/December).
2. It requires a majority of employees to want to form a union.
3. The NLRB intends to force Starbucks to reopen the 23 stores they closed. This news is from last month, so it's still pretty recent.

I agree that when the penalty is a fine, it's just the cost of doing business, but it appears that the NLRB are attempting to go another route.

Just a heads up, the NLRB has taken an aggressive stance against companies that refuse to allow their employees to unionize.

So when a company has a positive response to unionization, just keep in mind that they don't really have any other option but to "grin and bear it" so to speak.
