Any amendment would be on the same level, and therefore its down to what's more specific.

at least 10x the amount the victim was affected by, so $10 million, paid to the victims, and then that again punitively.

Three mil is a joke

I had an older phone and only a couple apps that would need it. I think it intentionally didn't schedule anything to save power because the phone "can't handle it" anymore.

Except the API non-neutrality.

Only Apple applications are allowed to operate in the background. Element (Matrix chat application) actually had to disable its app showing up in the share context menu because the encryption method breaks when it was used.

I don't know what features Apple photos or files have, but other apps wouldn't be able to do background downloads (downloading files added to a folder by another device,) on-device photo digestion (apple photos classifies what is in your photos and what text is in them in the background for privacy reasons,) and similar things.

Edit: and yes I know that there's a background refresh toggle, but it doesn't work. It just straight up doesn't work. That feature is entirely up to the OS when it wants to schedule that "background refresh". In my experience it never does.

Edit 2: Also, only Apple storage integrates directly with the photos app and files app. And that only one comes preinstalled.

FAQ: Yes, We Support Kinect

Q: ..This game supports Kinect?

Yes!.On PC only, if you plug iri a Kinect 2.0 to-your computer while the game is:apen, you-tan play through the entirety of the game using Kinect controls. Grab meat with your meat harids! Your body is the controller! We live in the future. Good luck.

Q:Is Kinect the optirnal way to play Space Warlord Organ Tradirig Simulator? Absolutely not.

Q: Why would | play a fast-paced reflex-based economic tycoon using Kinect?

| have no earthly idea, but | am personally sending the first person to direct message me documented proof of using a Kinect to play through the entirety of the campaign, (reaching the "The Top 0.1%" reputation level) a $50 Steam gift card. Primarily so I can. meet the kind of person who would do that to themselves, and plead with them for mercy lest they destroy us all.

Q: How did you put Kinect support into a game in 20217

| work with a brilliant, slightly unhinged creative programmer named Sam Chiet,. and one day, at 3 AM, | blearily opened my phone to find a video.of the game working with full functionality on a Kinect. And a tablet. And a Wiimote. You know, for the Nintendo Wii (2007).

He apparently did ail of those experiments in one night just because he cold, and Has since dedicated a large portion of his time to single-handedly becoming the final Kinect developer. | decided the safest option was to stay out of his way.

Q: Why did you put Kinect support into a game in 2021? | embrace the Sun with arms outstretched so that my oblivion will be. one og my own choosing.

I'm migrating because Transmission is horrible for a large amount of torrents (multiple of hundreds) due to the complete lack of concurrency capability. But I'll miss Transmission. This configuration has spanned many different operating systems and was migrated from transmission-gtk to transmission-daemon.
